Schmueser & Associates has an innovative 7,500 square foot fabrication shop with a 6.5 acre laydown yard. We are able to provide better control of our projects with shorter lead times, increased productivity and improved quality control. We work closely with our local college for continuous in-house advanced and new technology training with a structured quality control curriculum. We have experienced craftsmen in our shop that are qualified in numerous weld processes, meet industry requirements and are certified to weld to specifications. Several QA personnel check welds for quality and assembly dimensions throughout the fabrication process daily. Our shop staff have both fabrication and installation experience.
Our services include, but are not limited to: light structural fabrication, process pipe spools, pipe modules and equipment skids. We can fabricate and/or fabricate and install. We provide services for mining, energy, chemical, power, petrochemical and oil & gas industries. We are readily accessible to Interstate-70 for delivery to central and western United States.
